Traditional Tai Chi Chu'an and Sword

Tai Chi Chu’an & Sword was developed in China over 400 years ago for health and self-defense. The movements are a combination of slow motions and Qi Gong meditation. Practicing Tai Chi Chu’an & Sword can improve one’s arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, immune system, flexibility, balance and muscular strength. This class is for beginners and intermediates and offered by Master Ted Peng who holds certificates in Tai Chi 7th and Martial Arts 9th levels.

Zumba Fitness

ZUMBA ® is a combination of high energy, motivating music with easy to follow dance steps that create a dynamic, exciting fitness class! It is based on the principle that a workout should be ‘FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone, sculpt the body and burn calories. Please bring water and be ready to sweat!
