Environmental Commission

The Tenafly Environmental Commission meets the third Thursday each month at 8:00 p.m. in the Committee Room located in Borough Hall. Contact the Tenafly Environmental Commission.

The Environmental Commission promotes an environmental, ecological conservation and natural resources program for the Borough of Tenafly.  The Commission has the power to study and make recommendations to the Mayor and Council concerning open space preservation, water resources management, air pollution control, solid waste management, noise control, soil and landscape protection and protection of flora and fauna.
