Borough of Tenafly, New Jersey - About the Committee

Tenafly may get passenger rail service back for the first time in 40 years. New Jersey Transit has proposed that Tenafly be the terminal point for the Northern Line that will connect Tenafly to the Bergen County Light Rail system providing access to many towns in eastern Bergen County and Hudson County as well as transfers to New York City using ferry or PATH options.

The Tenafly Transportion Committee is a small group of Tenafly residents drawn from either various town boards or commissions or transportation experts to help ensure that Tenafly's interests are addressed if this proposed project becomes real.
