KUNG FU
New for Winter 2008, Kung Fu lessons will be held after school on Wednesdays in the McCandless Room. Instructed by Master Ted Peng, Kung Fu is a combination of traditional Chinese Martial Arts such as Shao Lin, Tai Chi and Southern martial arts. Its movements include kicks, punches, jumps, sweeps and twists. Each of these movements has a learned technique. Students will increase their physique while improving their overall health. In addition, students will learn to have self-confidence, discipline and respect for others.
