| ADULT EXERCISES Yoga the "Complete Answer"- Integral Yoga Hatha will introduce you to physical yoga postures, breathing techniques and forms of meditation to help you feel more comfortable in your body and more peaceful in your mind! The class is designed to meet the needs of beginner students as well as for the more advanced. Please wear loose comfortable clothes. No jewelry or watches; refrain from eating heavy meals two hours before class. Please bring a thick towel or yoga mat. A blanket may be necessary for deep relaxation. Morning Yoga - Start your day with yoga and have a completely different day…one in which your body feels more comfortable and your mind is calm and clear. The class includes physical postures, breathing techniques and forms of meditation appropriate for the beginner student as well as for the more experienced. Please wear loose comfortable clothes. Aerobics - A one-hour class combining low-impact aerobics with toning and stretching exercises to condition the entire body.
