Join Christine as she shares her insight and techniques into creating your ideal health and wellness roadmap through nutrition, mindfulness, and making healthful choices. “EASE into Healthful Choices” workshop series is designed to help individuals who want to make more healthful choices in their lives but struggle to find a starting point.

Ron has hosted his own show CLASSIC MOVIES WITH RON on national TV since 2013. He is an ex-pert in all genres of old Hollywood films from the 1930's through the 1960's and loves sharing this knowledge with other movie fans & buffs.

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgement.
Mindfulness practice has many benefits for well being, however; it can be challenging to practice. We will view a video discussing the attitudes that facilitate the practice of mindfulness followed by open discussion.
