Risa B. Agin Levin, MSW, LCSW, C-ASWCM, Senior Services Coordinator

Risa B. Agin Levin is a licensed clinical social worker who has worked almost exclusively with seniors for more than 25 years. She worked as a geriatric care manager for the past 10 years, helping seniors and their families make plans for their care and get access to needed resources. Prior to working as a geriatric care manager, she worked on programs connected to Bergen County’s Aging and Disability Resource Connection and also as a case manager for the Medicaid Assisted Living program. She has also worked as a social worker in hospital-affiliated home health care agencies and for an “elders at risk” program. 

Ms. Agin Levin has worked with seniors living with family members, on their own, in independent living, assisted living, and in skilled nursing facilities. She is familiar with county, state, and federal resources/programs, as well as private resources. She has been a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) for 30 years. Through the NASW, she has been a Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager for nearly 10 years. Ms. Agin Levin received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her master’s degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work.
